How long typically would it take to recieve my jewelry if I order directly from the website? TOP

Because we make everything custom upon each order, typical assembly time is 1-2 weeks.  This does not include shipping time.  If you need your jewelry in a rush please contact us.  We ship via US Postal Mail Service.  This will take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending upon where you are located.

How long does it take to recieve jewelry with the Personalized Design process? TOP

This process depends on the difficulty of the changes you wish to make to the set you desire.  If they are fairly simple, than the process should be similar to Standard Design; 1-2 weeks, not including shipping.

How long does it take to go through the Creative Design process? TOP

The Creative Design process is our most lengthy.  We want to know you and exactly what your looking for.  We will strive to continue until you are completely satisfied with your set(s).  The exact lenght of time is unknown.  It depends on how quickly we reach your desired look.

What if I don't see the Swarovski Color that I want within the given list? TOP

We try to carry a very large selection of Swarovski Colors.  If the one you are looking for is not available in the set of your choice, please contact us.  We will do our best to locate your desired color.  (There may be a small additional charge for this option.)

How do I know if the color will match my dresses? TOP

If you are unsure about the color choices, order a color sample to be sure.  There is a small charge for this option, but it is worth being ensured that you are getting the exact color of your likings.

What is the difference between Freshwater Pearls and Swarovski Pearls? TOP
Swarovski pearls are glass pearls with a crystal core.  They are hard and strong.  They are also perfectly round and true in color.  Freshwater Pearls may vary in size, shape and color.  They are authentic and classy.  Because Freshwater Pearls are grown, we cannot guarantee their exact size or color.  Sets that include Freshwater Pearls will vary slightly.

How long does shipping take? TOP

Our standard shipping is via US Postal Service.  This typically takes 3-10 business days.  If you need a faster shipping option, please contact us so that we may help you to the best of our ability.

How do I know what size to order? TOP
If you are the bride, measure your favorite necklace to see what length it is.  This will help you decide whether to go with 16" or 18".  Keep in mind that all bridal necklaces come with a 2.5 extender chain.  This will help make it more versatile.  For your bridesmaids, it really can be a personal preference.  Find out whether they prefer their necklaces at the shorter or longer end.  Bridesmaid necklaces DO NOT come standard with an extender chain.  It is available as an extra option.

What if I don't see a style I like or have something particular in my mind that I want? TOP
If you don't see anything that resembles what you'd be interested in or desire something particular, please contact us.  Our designers are very creative and can work with you on just about anything.  Bead Creative Weddings and More was formed around picky owners who desired specific looks, so we understand and will work with you to attain your desired look.

I'm looking for a special gift. Can you help me? TOP

If you don't see what you're looking for on our site, don't give up.  We are here to customize anything for you.  If you need a special gift for a flower girl, or someone with a special part in your wedding, we can take care of it.   Simply contact us and we'll begin your custom order.

Doesn't Sterling Silver Tarnish? TOP

Yes all Sterling Silver will tarnish over time when exposed to air.  We recommend that you store your jewelry in a ziploc bag.  This will prolong it from tarnishing for a long time.  Storing it in a ziploc bag will also protect it from other materials that may speed up tarnishing.  To read more on our products, visit our Quality page.

What is the difference between 4mm 6mm and 8mm Swarovski Crystals? TOP

This is a very good question and can be tricky to tell over the computer.  The easiest thing to do is get out a ruler and see how big 4mm, 6mm and 8mm is.  These measurements are the length of the crystal.  This picture shows the three sizes together.  Obviously the 4mm is the smaller crystal, 6mm the medium, and 8mm is the larger.

0-$10.00 is free - This is used for Swarovski color Samples

$10.00-$50.00 - Shipping is $5.00

$50.00-100.00 - Shipping is $7.50

$100.00 and up - Shipping is $10.00
